Background

Index Consulting is a generalist recruitment company, covering recruitment of staff at all levels, and all facets of business. We also specialise in outplacement programs for employees who have been retrenched, as well as Careers Counselling and Coaching services.

We recently expanded to larger offices and we are located at Level 1, 115 Elizabeth Street, Melbourne 3000.

Through providing a superior service, we expand our network further through "word of mouth" and referrals from both clients and candidates alike.

In relation to staff recruitment, to find well-matched candidates for the positions we recruit for, we use the latest behavioural interview techniques and also assess candidates on pre-determined key selection criteria. We also use the well-regarded "SkillCheck" testing program to assess technical skills.
